The purpose of this presentation is to share the evidence-based experiences used to develop engaged and reflective early career professionals. Evidence-based experiences for teacher candidates are included throughout the program curriculum. Impact evidence to be shared in this presentation include 4 years of longitudinal results of clinical educator (mentor) feedback; TeacherReady instructor feedback; and candidate completer feedback; and employer feedback, including impact on student learning statement.
