The purpose of this presentation is to share educator preparation program (EPP) partnership practices and strategies focused on building K12 instructional capacity and staffing support. These strategies and practices have been over the past two years, resulting in three partnerships, one with an urban, K12 school district, and two institutions of higher education. Partnership outcomes will be shared, including early career success for teacher candidates and increased access for those in other partnerships.
